Entogo is an OEM switchgear manufacturer and contract manufacturer for EPC contractors, electrical contractors, equipment brands and distributors — a Canadian company with its own factory in China. It builds medium-voltage switchgear to 38 kV class and low-voltage switchboards, switchgear and motor control centers to 600 V — build-to-print, customized from its catalogue designs, or private-label. ### Routine tests and FAT

Production tests to the applicable ANSI/IEEE, UL or IEC standard before shipment, with factory acceptance test documentation, quality inspection reports and serial-number records.

### Witnessed inspection

Third-party inspection or a witnessed factory acceptance test can be arranged for eligible projects.

### Warranty

Warranty term set per product, minimum 36 months — a manufacturer warranty issued by Entogo Inc., with term and coverage confirmed per contract.

### Confidentiality and origin

- **Can you fit breakers and relays from our preferred brand?**: Yes, where your specification calls for them. Component brands, availability and their effect on lead time are confirmed in the quotation.
- **Do you offer private-label switchgear?**: Yes. Nameplates, door labels, drawings and manuals can carry your brand. Minimum order quantity, branding and packaging are confirmed per project in the quotation, and the engagement can be covered by a non-disclosure agreement.
- **Is the switchgear UL or CSA certified?**: Low-voltage equipment is designed to UL 891, UL 1558, UL 845 and UL 67, and medium-voltage switchgear to ANSI/IEEE C37. Certification to your market’s requirements — UL (cULus), CSA, CE or IEC CB — is available on request for your assembly; orders that need new cULus/CSA certification ship within 36 weeks.
- **Do you build SF6-free switchgear?**: Yes. The gas-insulated switchgear uses vacuum interrupters and an SF6-free insulating gas, and pad-mounted ring main units are offered with SF6 or SF6-free fault-interrupting ways.
- **What is the lead time for OEM switchgear?**: The same as catalogue products: 16–24 weeks for North-American-spec (ANSI/IEEE) builds, within 36 weeks when new cULus/CSA certification is needed, and about 12 weeks for IEC/CE equipment built for export markets.
