Entogo EV Charger Return Policy

Overview

Customers may return unused and unopened Entogo EV Chargers within 14 days of the delivery date for any reason. To qualify for a return, the product must be in its original packaging, with all accessories included, and in resalable condition. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Policy for Opened or Used Products

For products that have been opened or used, returns are only accepted if there is a proven manufacturing defect or quality issue. Customers should contact our customer service team within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. Proof of the defect, such as photographs or a detailed description, may be required for processing the return.

Return Process

  • Contact our customer service team at contact@entogo.ca within the specified return period.
  • Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any supporting documentation (e.g., photos of defects).
  • Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  • Securely package the product, including all original accessories and packaging materials, and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  • Ship the product to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the package is received.

Return Label

Customers are responsible for the return label and associated shipping costs.

Restocking Fees

A restocking fee of 5% of the product price will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 3 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@entogo.ca.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at contact@entogo.ca and send your item to: Unit 1020-2225 Sheppard Ave East, North York, Ontario, Canada M2J 5C2.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail it to: Unit 1020-2225 Sheppard Ave East, North York, Ontario, Canada M2J 5C2. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
