- What equipment does Entogo supply?
- Entogo supplies transformers, prefabricated substations, medium- and low-voltage switchgear, battery energy storage and EV charging equipment. Products can be supplied individually or as coordinated equipment packages.
- Can equipment be adapted to our project?
- Yes. We support product selection, electrical design and project-specific configuration, including build-to-print and private-label supply. Share your drawings, technical specification and site requirements so we can define the scope.
- How are certification requirements handled?
- We can obtain the certifications required for your market and project. Existing certificates apply to the products and configurations they cover; additional testing, documentation and certification are defined in the quotation.
- What lead time should we plan for?
- 16–24 weeks for North-American-spec (ANSI/IEEE) builds; within 36 weeks when the order needs new cULus/CSA certification; about 12 weeks for IEC/CE equipment built for export markets. The schedule for your equipment, certification and shipment is confirmed in the quotation.
- Where is the equipment made, and who is responsible for the contract?
- Equipment is manufactured in Entogo’s own factory in China. Entogo Inc., headquartered in Toronto, Canada, signs the contract and provides engineering support, warranty and after-sales service.
- What warranty and after-sales support are available?
- Each product carries a minimum 36-month manufacturer warranty; the term, coverage and start date are confirmed in the contract. Our team responds within one business day, prioritizing equipment-down issues, and provides technical support, spare parts and maintenance coordination.
