Quality & delivery

Production tests to the applicable ANSI/IEEE, UL or IEC standard before shipment, with factory acceptance test documentation, quality inspection reports and serial-number records.
Third-party inspection or a witnessed factory acceptance test can be arranged for eligible projects.
Warranty term set per product, minimum 36 months — a manufacturer warranty issued by Entogo Inc., with term and coverage confirmed per contract.
Your single-line diagrams and drawings are covered by a non-disclosure agreement. China is stated as the country of origin up front for duty and origin planning.
