Referral Partner Program

Your introductions, on record and protected.

Entogo's Referral Partner Program is designed for independent sales representatives, agents, distributors and consultants who introduce buyers to Entogo. Registered partners receive a verifiable certificate, a time-stamped record of every referral, a written non-circumvention commitment and a commission on net sales for each order they originate.

Partner protection

A written non-circumvention commitment.

For every opportunity registered or referred while a certificate is active, Entogo undertakes the following.

01

No direct dealings without the partner

Entogo will not quote, negotiate or conclude a sale with a referred buyer without the involvement of the referring partner, unless the partner has agreed otherwise in writing.

02

No competing bids

Entogo will not submit a bid on a registered project, directly or through another channel, in competition with the referring partner.

03

Attribution of direct orders

Should a referred buyer contact Entogo directly and place an order within the protection period, the order remains attributed to the referring partner.

04

Confidential use of buyer information

Buyer information provided by a partner is used solely to serve that opportunity. It is not disclosed to other partners or used to bypass the referring partner.

This commitment applies to each registered opportunity for 24 months from its registration timestamp. It does not extend to buyers or projects with which Entogo had a documented relationship or active opportunity prior to the registration; in such cases Entogo notifies the partner in writing upon review. Where the same opportunity is registered by more than one partner, the earliest registration prevails.

Process

From registration to commission.

Each step is documented and time-stamped, providing a clear record for both parties.

  1. Registration

Complete the registration form with your name, company, country and business email address. Registration is free of charge.

  2. Email confirmation

Confirm your address through the link sent to you. The partner certificate is issued automatically upon confirmation and archived in Entogo's partner registry.

  3. Certificate issued

You receive a certificate number and a public verification link, which you may share with buyers and with the principals you represent.

  4. Referral registration

Register each opportunity at or before the introduction, or direct buyers to Entogo through your referral link. Each registration receives a reference number and a time-stamped confirmation by email.

  5. Commission agreement

Before the buyer's order is placed, the commission for the project is agreed in writing and paid in accordance with that agreement.

Commission

Commission on net sales, agreed in advance.

Certified partners earn a commission calculated as a percentage of net sales on the orders they originate. As projects vary in size, scope and in the role the partner plays, rates are not set in a fixed schedule: the rate and payment terms are agreed for each project in a written commission agreement before the buyer's order is placed, and that agreement governs payment.

  • Calculated as a percentage of net sales
  • Agreed in writing for each project before the order is placed
  • Applicable to all product lines, including OEM builds and project equipment
  • The definition of net sales and its exclusions, such as taxes, duties and freight, are set out in the agreement

Verification

Independently verifiable records.

Each registration is held in Entogo's partner registry and can be verified by any party the partner chooses.

Public certificate verification

Any party can enter a certificate number at entogo.ca/partners/verify to confirm the registered company, a masked email address, the issue date and the current status, retrieved directly from the registry.

Time-stamped referrals

Each registered opportunity receives its own reference number and UTC timestamp, confirmed to the partner by email as a record of origination.

Integrity fingerprint

Each certificate carries a SHA-256 fingerprint of its registered details. The same value is displayed on the verification page, so that any alteration of a copy can be detected.

Audit trail

Registrations, referrals and status changes are logged at the time they occur.

Program terms

Terms of participation

Terms version 2026-10, applicable to registrations made under this version.

Registration
Partners register in their own name on behalf of the company stated. The certificate confirms that the email address and company are registered with Entogo and is issued upon confirmation of the email address. Entogo may suspend or revoke a certificate in the event of inaccurate information or misconduct; the verification page reflects the current status at all times.
Protection
Each opportunity is protected for 24 months from its registration timestamp while the certificate remains active. Buyers or projects with a documented prior relationship or active opportunity with Entogo are excluded, and the earliest registration of the same opportunity prevails.
Commission
Commission is a percentage of net sales, set out in a written agreement for each project before the order is placed. That agreement, including the rate, the definition of net sales and the timing of payment, governs.
No authority to bind
Registration does not appoint the partner as Entogo's agent or distributor, confer territorial exclusivity, or authorize the partner to quote prices or enter into commitments on Entogo's behalf. Any such arrangement requires a separate written agreement.
Anti-bribery compliance
Partners shall comply with applicable anti-bribery legislation, including Canada's Corruption of Foreign Public Officials Act and the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, and with their own contractual obligations. No portion of a commission may be passed on to the buyer's personnel or to public officials.
Confidentiality
Entogo treats partner and buyer information as confidential and uses it solely to administer the program and to serve the relevant opportunity.
Amendments
Entogo may amend these terms. Opportunities already registered remain subject to the terms in force at the time of their registration.

FAQ

Referral Partner Program questions

Who may join Entogo's Referral Partner Program?
Independent sales representatives, representative firms, agents, distributors, resellers and consultants worldwide who introduce buyers of electrical equipment to Entogo. Registration is free of charge, takes approximately two minutes and is confirmed by email; the certificate is issued automatically upon confirmation.
How does Entogo protect a partner's referrals?
Through a written non-circumvention commitment in the program terms. Entogo will not quote, negotiate or conclude a sale with a referred buyer without the referring partner, will not submit a competing bid on a registered project, and continues to attribute the order to the partner if the buyer approaches Entogo directly within the 24-month protection period. Every registration is time-stamped and archived, providing an unambiguous record of origination.
What commission does Entogo pay?
A percentage of net sales on the orders a partner originates. The rate depends on the size and scope of the project and on the partner's role in the sale, and is agreed in a written commission agreement for each project before the order is placed.
How long is a referral protected?
For 24 months from the registration timestamp, while the certificate remains active. If the referred buyer places an order within that period, the agreed commission applies.
What if the buyer was already in contact with Entogo?
A buyer or project with a documented relationship or active opportunity with Entogo prior to the partner's registration is not attributed to the partner. Entogo informs the partner in writing upon reviewing the registration, so that the partner's position is clear at an early stage.
How can a buyer or principal confirm that a partner is certified?
By using the partner's verification link or certificate number. The verification page at entogo.ca/partners/verify displays the registered company, a masked email address, the issue date and the current status, retrieved directly from Entogo's partner registry.
Does the certificate make a partner an authorized or exclusive distributor?
No. It confirms registration as a referral partner and the protection of registered opportunities. It does not confer exclusivity or authority to quote or enter into commitments on Entogo's behalf; such arrangements require a separate written agreement.
Which products are covered?
All Entogo orders: transformers and substations, switchgear and power distribution, energy storage, EV charging, OEM and private-label builds, and partner-supplied project equipment.
