This pad-mounted compact secondary unit substation packages the incoming medium-voltage switching, the distribution transformer (up to 2500 kVA) and the low-voltage distribution section into a single factory-assembled, weather-tight enclosure for 15 / 25 kV class commercial and industrial service. It is the North American unit-substation counterpart to the IEC-style kiosk substation, delivered ready to set on a prepared pad and connect.
