- Do I need to know every parameter to get a quote?
- No. Transformer type, rated capacity and the two voltages are enough to start. Anything else can be left blank — or written into Additional notes — and our engineers confirm the rest with you in their reply.
- Oil-immersed or dry-type — which should I choose?
- Dry-type (cast resin) suits indoor, fire-sensitive and commercial buildings; oil-immersed suits outdoor, higher-capacity and utility duty. The configurator adapts the mounting options to the type you pick; cooling, vector group and tap changer are confirmed by engineering.
- Which frequencies and standards are supported?
- Pick 50 Hz or 60 Hz directly in step 1 — 60 Hz across North America, 50 Hz in Europe and China. The applicable standard (IEEE C57 / CSA, IEC 60076 or GB 1094) is matched to the project market in the engineering reply.
- What happens after I submit the configuration?
- Your full specification reaches our engineering team, who reply within one business day with specification support; the project-based proposal follows the technical review. Drawings or load profiles can follow by email.
