The core assembly employs a new insulation structure to enhance short-circuit withstand capability and is made from high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheets. Both the high-voltage and low-voltage windings use oxygen-free copper conductors in a multi-layer cylindrical structure. All fasteners undergo special anti-loosening treatment, and the manufacturing process includes vacuum drying, vacuum oil filtration and oil filling.
