Manufacturing & capacity

How does Entogo manufacture and deliver?

A transparent look at Entogo’s own source factory, production capacity and current lead times — the figures most manufacturers will not publish.

Entogo factory warehouse overview

Most equipment makers treat capacity and lead times as confidential. Entogo publishes them — because for the buyers it serves, lead time has become the deciding factor, and transparency is the fastest way to earn trust.

Entogo was established in Canada in 2022 and is headquartered in Toronto, Ontario. It is backed by its own source factory and a complete, vertically integrated production and supply chain, supported by a founding and technical team with more than 15 years of experience across power equipment, electrical infrastructure, renewable energy and EV charging. By the end of 2025, those teams had delivered more than 1,200 projects.

Lead times

What are Entogo’s current lead times?

Reviewed each quarter. These are real, company-confirmed figures — not merchant-market estimates.

European-standard (IEC/CE) catalogue equipment
~12 weeks (average)
Transformers & substations (standard build)
~12 weeks
Switchgear & distribution equipment
~12 weeks
Products requiring new UL / North-American certification
within 36 weeks (guaranteed worst case)

Last confirmed Q2 2026. Figures are typical for standard configurations; made-to-order specials are quoted per project. The merchant-market baseline of one-to-four years is documented by the U.S. Department of Energy and analysts including Wood Mackenzie.

The factory

What does Entogo’s manufacturing base include?

What is made in-house?

Charging equipment is produced on six AC and four DC lines in Entogo’s own source factory; transformers, substations and switchgear are built through the same vertically integrated production and supply chain.

How is supply controlled?

Entogo owns its source factory and runs a complete, vertically integrated supply chain — so production scheduling and material flow are controlled directly rather than bought from the merchant market.

How is quality assured?

Manufacturing coordination, supplier management, quality inspection and factory testing run before shipment, under an ISO 9001 quality management system with UL, CSA, CE and IEC certifications on the charging line.

How are key processes handled?

Core fabrication — sheet-metal processing, custom laser cutting and energy-saving burn-in testing — is done in-house, keeping critical steps inside Entogo’s own quality and schedule control.

How it works

From specification to lifecycle service

Every order moves through the same engineering-to-service model behind more than 1,200 delivered projects.

  1. Product selection & configuration

Technical consultation, equipment specification and project-based product matching against the project one-line and site conditions.

  2. Electrical design support

Engineering assistance for power distribution, transformation, grid connection, energy storage and EV charging applications.

  3. Manufacturing coordination

Production planning, supplier coordination, quality supervision and factory testing inside the source factory.

  4. Factory testing

Equipment is assembled and tested as a system — including energy-saving burn-in testing — before it ships, not commissioned cold on site.

  5. Delivery & installation support

Shipment preparation, installation coordination, commissioning support and technical documentation.

  6. Lifecycle service

Ongoing technical support, maintenance coordination, spare-parts supply and long-term service.

FAQ

Common questions

Where is Entogo’s factory and how big is it?
Entogo is headquartered in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and operates its own source factory — an intelligent manufacturing base covering approximately 20,000 square metres, equipped with six AC and four DC charging-equipment production lines and an annual capacity of up to 500,000 AC and 10,000 DC charging units.
What are Entogo’s current transformer lead times?
Entogo delivers European-standard (IEC/CE) catalogue equipment — including transformers, substations and switchgear — in an average of 12 weeks. When a product requires new UL or other North-American certification before it can energise, delivery is guaranteed within 36 weeks. These figures are reviewed each quarter; the table on this page was last confirmed in Q2 2026.
How does Entogo deliver faster than the merchant transformer market?
The one-to-four-year lead times common in the merchant market come from constrained grain-oriented electrical steel (GOES) supply and surging demand. Because Entogo owns its source factory and runs a vertically integrated supply chain, it controls production and material flow directly and is not waiting in the same merchant queue.
How many projects has Entogo delivered?
By the end of 2025, Entogo’s founding and technical teams had participated in and delivered more than 1,200 projects across real estate, public charging, renewable grid connection, energy storage and solar-storage-charging applications.
