How we identify your part

Five steps from nameplate to a part on its way — no part number required.

    Locate the equipment nameplate or your order — it carries the model and serial number we match against.

  2. Share model & serial

    Send us the product model and serial number so we can trace the exact build and the correct part revision.

  3. Describe or photograph the part

    Give the part name or number if you have it — or simply describe the symptom and send a photo. Our team identifies it for you.

  4. We confirm and quote

    We confirm the right part, advise on compatibility and send a project-based quote, including availability.

  5. Ship & track

    On approval we prepare and dispatch the part, and share shipping detail so you can plan the swap.

Spare parts questions

I don’t know the part number — can you still help?
Yes. Send us the product model, the serial number and either a photo of the part or a description of the symptom. Our team identifies the correct part and revision for you before quoting.
How are spare parts priced and supplied?
Spare parts are quoted per project against your equipment model and serial number, with availability confirmed at the same time. We supply parts as part of Entogo’s lifecycle service for the equipment we manufacture.
Can you recommend spares to keep on hand?
Yes. For long-running or critical installations we can recommend a set of consumables and spares to stock on site, so a routine replacement never becomes downtime.
Do replacement parts affect my warranty?
Genuine Entogo parts fitted as advised keep your equipment within its warranty terms. If you are unsure, raise a warranty question alongside the parts request and we’ll confirm.
