How do I check the status of my order?
Enter your order or purchase-order number and the email on the order in the form below. Our team replies within one business day with the current stage and any shipping detail. Because each order is project-specific, status is confirmed by a person rather than a self-service lookup.
What do the order stages mean?
Order confirmed — your order is booked and scheduled. In production — manufacturing is underway in Entogo’s source factory. Factory testing — the equipment is assembled and tested, including burn-in testing, before it ships. Shipment prepared — packed and ready for dispatch. In transit — on its way to site. Delivered — received at the destination.
How long until my equipment ships?
Entogo delivers European-standard (IEC/CE) catalogue equipment in an average of 12 weeks. When a product requires new UL or other North-American certification before it can energise, delivery is guaranteed within 36 weeks. Your order acknowledgement carries the schedule specific to your project.
Can I get shipping and tracking details?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched we can share the carrier, shipment reference and expected delivery by email. Request it through the form and we’ll send the latest detail we have.
What information do I need to request a status update?
Your order or PO number and the email associated with the order are enough. The product model and approximate order date help us find it faster if the number isn’t to hand.
