    Send the product model, serial number, purchase or commissioning date and a description of the fault.

  2. We confirm warranty status

    Our team checks coverage against your order and confirms whether the issue falls within warranty terms.

  3. RMA issued

    For valid claims we issue a return authorization (RMA) with clear instructions for return or on-site handling.

  4. Repair, replace or return

    We repair, replace or credit per the warranty terms — coordinating spare parts or a field visit where needed.

  5. Resolution & follow-up

    We close the case, confirm the equipment is back in service and log it for your ongoing lifecycle record.

How do I make a warranty claim?
Use the form below with the product model, serial number, purchase or commissioning date and a description of the fault. We confirm warranty status and, for valid claims, issue a return authorization (RMA) or arrange a repair or replacement.
What happens if the product is out of warranty?
We still help. Out-of-warranty equipment is supported through paid repair, spare parts and maintenance — quoted per project — so the equipment stays in service.
How long does a warranty claim take?
We acknowledge every claim within one business day and confirm warranty status quickly. Resolution time then depends on whether the fix is a remote setting, a shipped part or an on-site visit — we keep you updated at each step.
