The new-energy integrated PV box substation is a European-type unit that brings an oil-immersed transformer, high-voltage room, mirrored inverter rooms and a communications/power cabinet together in one “目”-shaped container. The container acts as a fireproof, insulated shell for the inverters, a remote-monitoring cabinet oversees operation, and the transformer is cooled by natural air (ONAN) — a self-contained step-up and conversion block for solar plants.
