Entogo
Special-Purpose Transformers
Select by the electrical process, phase conversion or isolation requirement.
Choose by duty rather than by enclosure: isolation, electric-furnace service, Scott phase conversion and solar inverter service address different electrical requirements. Supply the load cycle and interface data; construction and overload capability are then reviewed for that duty.
High-overload designs can also be reviewed. Send the full load cycle, peak magnitude and duration, ambient conditions and cooling requirements. Overload capability is agreed for the selected design; no continuous overload percentage is assumed for the whole range.

Electrical Isolation Transformer
Entogo supplies electrical isolation transformers with separate primary and secondary windings. Select voltage ratio, kVA, shielding, grounding and enclosure for the load; isolation duty and dry-type construction are distinct requirements.

Electric Furnace Transformer
Entogo supplies electric-furnace transformers for metallurgical processes. Furnace type, secondary current, voltage range, impedance, tap operation and the complete heat cycle determine the design rather than plant demand alone.

Scott-Connected Transformer
Entogo supplies Scott-connected transformers for conversion between three-phase and two-phase circuits. Define the two output loads, 90° phase relationship, voltage ratio and operating cycle before selecting the winding design.

Solar Inverter-Duty Transformer
Entogo supplies inverter-duty transformers for PV and battery-storage interconnection. Match the inverter/PCS voltage, winding arrangement, grounding, harmonics and thermal duty to the collector network and connection study.

Dry-type vs. liquid-filled transformers - how to choose
Dry-type transformers cool with air and solid insulation while liquid-filled units use mineral or less-flammable oil. The right pick turns on installation location, fire and code rules, voltage class, efficiency, and maintenance - not on which type is generally better.

Harmonic distortion: what IEEE 519 requires and how to meet it
Harmonic distortion from VFDs, EV chargers, and data-center power supplies can breach IEEE 519 limits and quietly overheat neutrals, transformers, and switchgear. This guide explains the 519-2022 voltage and current limits and how to specify mitigation before it becomes a field problem.

Interconnecting solar and storage to the grid: what IEEE 1547-2018 requires
Connecting solar or battery storage to the North American grid means meeting IEEE 1547-2018 for DER behavior, using a UL 1741 SB certified inverter, and passing a utility interconnection review that scales from a fast-track screen to a full study. Here is how the pieces fit.
